Happy Mother's Day

Even this momma bird had a good Mother's Day as her eggs hatched and we now have

3 baby birds outside the house under the rain gutter.
Can I just say how excited I was for this!
Isaac has been able to see them and check on them.
The Momma Bird is not ever far away but it is so cute to hear Isaac say
"EE's okay Momma Bir, I not touch them. Baby's okay Momma Bir"
He crouches down just so sweet, I will have to get a picture before they leave the nest!

This morning, Isaac hears the older boys say Happy Mother's Day.

So when we go into the bathroom to brush his teeth and Chad is still in there,

Isaac says in complete sincerity....

Man I need this little boy in my life so much!

I can't begin to explain how grateful I am that he was given to me to love and care for.

A little bit of silly and a little bit of goofy is just what my life needs at times like these.

When the world is so serious and in turmoil, a little silly is just the right medicine.
