Isaac's new baby

Isaac got his first "baby" at the store. He wanted to call Grandma and Grandpa to let them know about his new friend. So they sat down in a big comfy chair and made the call. He told them about the twinkle stars and the ABC's. There was something in there about his new "babee" too.

Hope you got the call Grandma and Grandpa.... He had a lot of great stuff to tell you!

On Saturday, Jill and I took our little ones (plus Desiree) to the Children's Museum. It was very busy but the kids still enjoyed exploring.

Looks like now the car has become a boat and Isaac is the captain at the wheel.

So serious.... He was actually quite proud of himself for climbing

and then standing on the bench and being able to look

over the edge to see me....

Big Boo Boo

That Isaac got a big boo boo tonight!

After dinner, while we were all cleaning up, he got a can of Baked Beans out and began playing with it. No harm, I thought since he was entertained and quiet. I'd just get the kitchen cleaned up and then distract him enough to put it away. That was the plan.... until he picked it up and it slipped out of his hands landing on his left foot big toe. It immediately turned purple/blue and he was screaming. It took the better part of 30 minutes to get him completely calmed down. A little motrin, a bath and some snuggles made it even better. Thank goodness for bedtime..... he was exhausted after the whole thing happened.

(Now if his momma could get over the trauma of seeing him so upset.... life would be good! I just wish I could make it feel all better.)

Air Show 2010

Saturday, we headed to the air show with Jill and her kids.

Malachi and Isaac played a little catch.
