Wow! Where has the time gone? When I met and started dating Chad, he was just turning 7 and was in the 1st grade! Now he is 12 and we are preparing to have a middle schooler in our house next year. How can this be?
Chris' favorite place to eat is a place called the Kobe Steakhouse. It's a restaurant where they cook the food in front of you and then you eat and enjoy. He chose a family meal there with one friend over having a big birthday party. 
The boys got a chance to try catching flying shrimp. Both of them caught it!
Then we went home and Chris opened his gifts.He got TechDeck Dudes (mini skateboards)

Overall, I don't think turning 12 was half bad for him.

He looks so old (the little guy that is!). I can't imagine that Gus will ever have that much hair- and he is a year and half!
